All Repose products are designed and manufactured in their factory in California ensuring quality chairs with a 90 day parts and labor, one year parts limited warranty for mechanical defect and workmanship. If for any reason the chair was to be returned Repose will pick up but requires original packaging and for it to be attached to pallet.
